The company has expanded rapidly, and successively established branches in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Beijing, Liaoning, Guangdong, Fujian, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Hubei etc., forming a nationwide business network structure and ranking among the top hoisting strengths in China.
2. Expanding overseas
Shanghai Tengfa is also a domestic hoisting enterprise that carried out overseas business in the earlier. The company has successively expanded overseas engineering markets such as Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. In 2007, Shanghai Tengfa Gulf Co., Ltd. was established in Saudi Arabia, which is the first domestic hoisting company that set up overseas branches.
Focusing on management improvement, the company implemented the "Amoeba" management model, put an emphasis on reserving and training management talents, and implemented the "shared management". In September 2020, the 25th anniversary celebration of Shanghai Tengfa was grandly held. The meeting summarized the company's historical development experience, thus opening a new chapter of Tengfa's leap forward. In 2021, Shanghai Tengfa purchased 320-2000 tons crawler cranes which were worth 1 billion yuan. Meanwhile, a 2 billion long-term purchase agreement with XCMG was signed again, which will bring a strategic cooperation in super tonnage crawler cranes, large ring rail cranes, and new hoisting construction methods.
