     The jacket is designed to have a vertical height of 253 meters and a total weight of over 30,000 tons. The construction process will be fully implemented to international standards and is the third largest deepwater jacket project in Asia. After completion, it will be sent to China's second largest offshore energy production base and put into use in the Lufeng oilfield group area of the South China Sea, helping to realize the large-scale development of deep oil fields above 3,000 meters in the South China Sea for the first time.

      Shanghai Tengfa is entrusted with the important task once again by virtue of its own advantages of rich lifting experience, sophisticated crane equipment and high cooperation degree of lifting operation personnel. Four 800 ton crawler cranes cooperated with each other in harmony and walked with high load. After more than three hours of intense operation, the assembly module of the 670 ton oil drilling platform achieved a lifting height of 75 meters and an overall translation of 70 meters, helping to locate and close the center truss of the jacket, successfully hitting the "hard bone".

     Due to the characteristics of overheight, oversize and overweight Marine jacket, its hoisting work has always been a major problem in Marine engineering construction, which requires the close cooperation of several large crawler cranes to achieve, which has a great test to the crane performance, crane driver's hoisting skills and coordination degree.

      For the four lifting operation, the relevant technical personnel said: "Large multiple lifting, technical difficulty, the coordination between cranes is very high, when walking, not only lifting speed is consistent, but also always pay attention to the performance table changes, to prevent the weight difference is too large.
