• Near-Extreme Site Constraints: The site is adjacent to city roads and existing buildings, leaving an unusually cramped workspace. Crane positioning options were severely limited, requiring precise coordination with multiple tower cranes on-site to avoid spatial interference.

• Heavyweight Components: The five steel trusses featured a single-span of 38.6 meters, a height of 6.29 meters, and a total weight of approximately 660 tons, with a lifting height reaching 29 meters. This classified the operation as a typical oversized component lift.

"This was a 'hot potato'—the working conditions were so complex that several companies backed down," admitted the project manager.
